Pricing questions
- Why are Pulse and Pro so much cheaper than Ahrefs or Semrush?
- We didn't inherit the legacy cost structure of crawling 30T+ backlinks daily for vanity DR scores. Our backlink data is vendored from one of the same providers Ahrefs uses internally, refreshed on demand. We also run on Cloudflare Workers globally — no expensive AWS bills. The savings pass to you.
- What's the difference between paying in USD and INR?
- INR pricing is processed by Razorpay (UPI, NetBanking, Cards) with GST invoicing. USD pricing is processed by Paddle (merchant of record) — handles all sales tax + EU VAT automatically. Indian visitors auto-detect to INR; others to USD. Override with ?currency=USD or ?currency=INR.
- Can I downgrade or cancel anytime?
- Yes. Downgrade self-serve from Settings → Billing — takes effect at the next billing cycle. Cancellation gives you access until the end of your current cycle. No exit fees, no clawbacks.
- Is there a free trial on paid tiers?
- Yes. 14-day free trial on Pulse, Pro, and Agency. No credit card required to start the trial. Enterprise is custom — talk to sales for a tailored evaluation period.
- Do I need to commit annually for the listed price?
- No. Listed prices are monthly with no commitment. Annual billing gets a 20% discount (effectively 2 months free). Enterprise contracts are typically annual.
- What counts as a 'project'?
- One root domain (e.g. example.com — includes all subdomains, paths, and pages). Each project gets its own Brand Radar, Site Audit, Site Explorer view, and rank tracking. Subdomain-as-separate-project is supported on Pro+ if you need to isolate billing.
- What about taxes and invoices?
- INR: 18% GST added at checkout, GSTIN-compliant invoice issued automatically. USD via Paddle: Paddle is merchant of record — your invoice shows Paddle as the seller, all taxes (US sales tax, EU VAT, etc.) handled by Paddle automatically. Both invoices downloadable from Settings → Billing.
- What's Studio Concierge?
